Stephanie Samuelsohn -  Principal Broker
Before coming to Columbia County over two decades ago, Stephanie Samuelsohn enjoyed success in whateverer endeavors she attempted. Spending time on Broadway as a singer/dancer, showbiz is still in her blood. Next, a unique project, the first commercial indoor tennis club on the east coast. After 26 years and unparalleled respect in the tennis industry, mainly from her deep understanding of the importance of personalized service and attention to detail, she decided that Columbia County and the Berkshires was always where she wanted to be. Stephanie brings her skills for service and dedication to her real estate career. She offers her tireless energy and devotion to her clients in a way that amazes even  her colleagues. Well respected in the local community as a businesswoman, she is an active member of the Columbia Greene Board of Realtors.

 Allen Halstead - Associate Broker

 Allen is licensed to provide residential and commercial real estate sales service in New York and Massachusetts He is a native of Columbia County and has lived and worked in Columbia County and the Albany/Capital Region of New York State. He is intimately familiar with these regions as well as western Massachusetts. Sellers and buyers can take comfort in the knowledge that his association with this firm will ensure them they are being represented by an agency with diverse knowledge, experience, competence and integrity. Additionally, he is a member of the Graduate Realtor Institute which assures his clients that he has a firm, well rounded knowledge on all aspects of Real Estate. Donna Carlucci - Licensed Salesperson

 Before joining with Century 21 VantgagePoint Realty as a real estate agent, Donna Carlucci worked for many years with the Columbia Land Conservancy, which protects open space in the Hudson Valley region, and then served as a legal administrator, paralegal, and real estate closing coordinator for a law firm in Hudson, New York. As an independent consultant she has also trained business professionals throughout Columbia County in the operation of financial and other business software. Donna is also a mortgage consultant with Mortages Choices, Inc. and has been working closely with clients throughout Columbia and Greene Counties to research and secure innovative solutions for all sorts of residential and commercial mortgage and refinancing needs. As both a Real Estate agent and a Mortgage Consultant, Donna is a “one stop shopping” resource for your real estate and mortgage needs! Donna has an office in Old Chatham, New York, and she has lived in Chatham with her family for the past 22 years. 



Jonathan Salkin - Associate Broker
Jon Salkin is locally known as Mr. Realty NY.  He is a full time broker associate from Westchester and Manhattan.   Jon has been a local resident for almost 20 years.

Brad Samuelsohn - Associate Broker, Director of Advertising & Marketing, e-PRO

Brad has been at Stephanie's side in Real Estate since 1998. He enjoys keeping the office running, the ads moving and the websites current. Also, he is the owner of Skytrackers Home Entertainment, the original custom stereo and satellite firm in the county. "I love gadgets, and today's Real Estate office contains so many different technologies, I'm constantly tuning & upgrading the systems." 

 

Mary Jahn - Executive Administration  

Mary is a life long resident of Columbia County. Retiring after 19 years at Berkshire Union Free School District, she was looking for a new, varied and exciting work experience. Mary has found her niche at VantagePoint Realty. Mary holds her Associates Degree in Banking, Insurance, and Real Estate from Hudson Valley Community College. "I enjoy meeting new people, whether on the telephone or in the office. I love working with many different people each day."
